YOUR CHALLENGES
- As a Customer Care Representative, you act as the single point of contact to our national and international customers.
- Specifically, you offer the top customers of H.Essers an optimal and excellent service by coordinating and mediating between the customer and H.Essers.
- In this way, you succeed in providing a service that brims with professionalism and customer focus.
- In this way, you ensure smooth cooperation and know how to build a relationship of trust between the customer and H.Essers.
- For this, optimal customer loyalty is central to you. To achieve this, you follow up on customer shipments and defend their interests within the organization, but with the interests of your own organization in mind.

YOUR TALENTS
- Bachelor level of thinking
- Strong communication skills and diplomatic attitude
- You are analytical
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English, both oral and written.
