- U zorgt ervoor dat de administratieve verwerking correct verloopt, zowel financieel als juridisch
**Uw profiel**
- Tweetalig FR/NL of FR met zeer goede NL kennis
- U heeft minstens een eerste beroepservaring in een functie gerelateerd aan vastgoedbeheer
- U bent vertrouwd met de nodige informaticatools
- U heeft een analytische geest, u bent nauwgezet en flexibel
- U legt eenvoudig contact met andere partijen
- Met behulp van uw vaardigheden zorgt u ervoor dat elk probleem snel en effectief wordt opgelost
