Je verantwoordelijkheid en competenties:

- Je volgt alle aspecten van import van A tot Z
- Je hebt toezicht op de afhandeling van importdossiers.
- Je zorgt dat het personeel van de importafdeling efficiënt functioneert.
- Je bent een aanspreekpunt bij vertragingen en problemen.
- Je assisteert bij de opmaak van de importoffertes.
- Beheer van de facturaties.
- Beheer en rapportering van levertijden en kosten.
- Samenwerking met de andere diensten als pricing, dispatch en het magazijn om efficiënte dienstverlening te garanderen.
- Creëren van de SOP's voor de importafdeling.

Je profiel:

- U bent perfect 3-talig:( NL/FR/EN).
- U heeft het Microsoft Office pakket onder de knie.
- Ervaring met logistieke software systemen is een pluspunt.
- Communicatie
- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
- Uitstekende organisatorische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
- Gelijkwaardige ervaring in de luchtvaartsector is een pluspunt.
