Wat zijn jouw belangrijkste taken?
Als Manager digital integration ben jij dé expert en ambassadeur van onze digitale accountancy platformen . Je helpt, samen met jouw team, ondernemers om hun boekhoudprocessen te digitaliseren & te integreren op onze digitale platformen, zodat zij real-time inzicht hebben in hun financiële situatie.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coachen en aansturen van het Digital integration team . Zo ben je een klankbord voor (senior) consultants & schrijf je de nodige methodieken en procedures uit. Verder coördineer je de planning en stuur je integratieprojecten aan op basis van binnenkomende vragen en opdrachten. Je legt de link tussen de boekhoudkundige behoeften van de klant en de mogelijkheden binnen onze softwareplatformen, Yuki en/of ExactOnline. Je geeft daarbij demos waar nodig. Je waakt mee over de kwaliteit de integratieprojecten, alsook de samenwerking tussen de verschillende stakeholders (leveranciers, IT, klanten,). Verder screen je actief de markt en blijf je up to date over de laatste ontwikkelingen binnen accountancy software en producten.Word jij onze nieuwe companion?
Welke kennis en ervaring verwachten we van jou?
Je krijgt energie van digitalisaties en automatisaties van boekhoudprocessen Je hebt een master-denkniveau, aangevuld met minstens 6 jaar ervaring binnen digitalisaties binnen de financiële sector . Belangrijker dan een uitgebreide fiscale kennis is een sterke affiniteit voor boekhoudkundige processen en digitale technologie. Idealiter heb je ervaring met het gebruik van Cloud software, parameterisatie, API's en interfaces. Met je kritische, analytische, maar bovenal mensgerichte kijk stuur je een team van digital consultants aan. Je bent niet aan je proefstuk toe en hebt ervaring met het managen van complexe integratieprojecten en het coachen van consultants. Vanuit je organisatorische vaardigheden en transparante communicatiestijl creëer je duidelijkheid en vertrouwen voor je medewerkers en (interne) klanten.Waarom kiezen voor Moore?
