**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:

- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten wanneer ze vragen hebben over hun certificatie
- Je maakt offertes en contracten op voor onze klanten
- Je wijst de juiste auditor toe aan de klant
- Na de audit voer je een administratieve controle uit op het auditrapport
- Na een positieve certificatiebeslissing maak je een certificaat op voor de klant
- Je verwerkt al deze stappen van het certificatieproces in de databases

**De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie zijn**:

- Een bachelor diploma of denkniveau
- Voedingstechnische achtergrond of kennis van HACCP is een groot pluspunt
- Vlotte mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie in het Nederlands en Frans
- Ervaring in een klantvriendelijke omgeving
- Administratieve ervaring met oog voor detail en nauwkeurigheid
- Iemand met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid met een oog voor deadlines
- Je werkt graag in een gestructureerd kader én in een omgeving die continu evolueert
- Een vlot gebruik van databases en Windows bureautica-toepassingen: MS-Office (vnl. Excel), Outlook
