HR BUSINESS DEVELOPER

In short, these will be your responsibilities:

  • Participate in client's briefs for the collection of their needs
  • Conducting descriptive analysis of client companies and positions
  • Write, post and manage job advertisements on the various distribution channels (job boards, website, etc.)
  • Identify, prepare and participate in recruitment events (forums, trade shows, etc.)
  • Organise interviews with the Manager(s)
  • Automate processes and look at digital tools to hack our growth

  • You are comfortable with digital growth hacking tools (Google, Phantombuster, Dropcontact, Lemlist, ProspectIN, Aircall, Hubspot, Zapier...)
  • You are able to or willing to learn to work on tasks such as automation, mailing sequence, prospecting, identification of personae and needs, etc.
