Your Role and Responsibilities
As Agile Project Manager you will be responsible for building positive and productive working relationships with the client

Your role will involve:

  • Plan, track and manage the delivery of projects using appropriate agile project management methodologies, learning & iterating.
  • Support the clients' agile transformation with consulting, introduction, support, and optimization of agile procedures
  • Take an active role in the clients' projects as a Scrum Master
  • Work with Product Managers and Business Analysts to ensure product roadmaps are developed and translated into user stories.
  • Establish and lead a collaborative, dynamic planning process prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team.
  • Manage a multistakeholder and multidisciplinary team.
  • Establish mechanisms for monitor and tracking the quality of all products/services built.
  • Document, track and manage risks and dependencies.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
To be successful in this role you should demonstrate:

  • Project management experience
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Project scheduling
  • Stakeholder management
  • Status report generation
  • Risk identification and management
  • Dependency management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English and
    Dutch or French (written & spoken)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

In addition to your technical skills, we would like you to have a strong business understanding and good communication skills.
