Belfius Lease is als filiaal van Belfius Bank, in volle groei en ontwikkeling.
Het biedt financiële leasing aan (bedrijfsvoertuigen, productielijnen, zonnepanelen, IT materiaal, gebouwen,. ) aan professionele klanten.
Het filiaal telt momenteel een 100-tal medewerkers. Voor zijn business Equipment Lease is het op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Sales Director.
**De job in een notendop**
Als Sales Director rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de CEO en maak je deel uit van het Managementcomité. Je bent nationaal verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële resultaten & ambities, voor de processen & tools, voor people management, en zoals eigen aan Belfius streef je er naar om "Meaningful & Inspiring" te zijn voor de samenleving en de LOVE van de cliënt te verdienen:
- Je bouwt een diepgaand en dynamisch inzicht op van de markt en van de partners.
- Als geboren netwerker binnen en buiten de Belfius groep, vertegenwoordig je Belfius Lease op diverse interne en externe fora met oog op visibiliteit en het identificeren van opportuniteiten.
- Je onderhoud een relatie met de belangrijkste cliënten, partners en bancaire distributieteams.
- Als people-manager coach en motiveer je meerdere teams, zowel technisch-commercieel bij transacties en cliëntenrelaties, als op vlak van persoonlijke professionele groei en je bevordert mee de teamspirit.
- Als lid van het credit comité motiveer je de grote dossiers en meer courante cases beslist u met persoonlijke bevoegdheden.
- Je neemt initiatief ter continue optimalisering van de efficiëntie, de commerciële power & organisatie, de cliëntentevredenheid en de beleving van de Belfius Lease waarden. Je realiseert hierbij de nodige change.
- Je ontwikkelt beleidsinitiatieven zowel binnen het eigen domein als transversaal binnen Belfius Lease en de Belfius groep, ter ondersteuning van de strategie en de objectieven.
- Je bepaalt mee de jaarlijkse en lange-termijn plannen op een ambitieuze en innovatieve wijze.
- Je bent betrokken bij diverse innovatie
- & proces projecten in het belang van de business en de groep.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:
- Je hebt reeds een sterke commerciële ervaring in financiële leasing of banking voor kleine & grote ondernemingen, op niveau van zaakvoerder en CFO. Verwante ervaringen zijn een pluspunt.
- Je hebt reeds ervaring met leidinggeven in een zeer dynamische omgeving.
- Je bent ondernemend, houdt van atypische opportuniteiten en brengt out-of-the-box ideeën.
- Je werkt gestructureerd maar je presteert ook in een pragmatische KMO omgeving.
- Je bezit sterke communicatievaardigheden, mondeling en geschreven, zowel intern als extern.
- Je bent van nature cliëntgericht, authentiek en mensgericht, je bent een teamplayer.
- Je hebt strategisch inzicht en kan een lange termijnvisie implementeren of zelfs opbouwen.
- Je bent vlot tweetalig Nederlands/Frans.
- Je bezit sterke communicatievaardigheden, mondeling en geschreven, zowel intern als extern.
- Je bent van nature cliëntgericht, authentiek en mensgericht, je bent een teamplayer.
- Je hebt strategisch inzicht en kan een lange termijnvisie implementeren of zelfs opbouwen.
- Je bent vlot tweetalig Nederlands/Frans.
