**Wat ga je doen als Junior Banking, Finance & Insurance Advocaat?**:
Je wordt deel van een** top tier team **gespecialiseerd in Banking, Finance & Insurance, met een focus op nieuwe technologieën.

Als lid van ons team krijg je een gevarieerde en uitdagende baan. Het werk omvat **regelgevend advies en ondersteuning** (inclusief vergunningsaanvragen), het **opstellen en onderhandelen van** **contracten **(algemene voorwaarden, partnerschappen, enz.) en **gerechtelijke opdrachten **met betrekking tot onze praktijk.

**Typische dossiers** omvatten: he toprichten van uitdagerbanken en betalingsinstellingen, het ondersteunen van internationale financiële diensten
- en e-commercegroepen bij hun komst naar België en Europa, het ondersteunen van (inter)nationale autoriteiten bij de uitrol van grote projecten, werken aan opkomende onderwerpen die de financiële en digitale industrie van morgen vormgeven, en het vertegenwoordigen van cliënten in complexe financiële geschillen.

- Je hebt een Belgische diploma in de Rechten met uitmuntende resultaten

- Je streeft ernaar de sector, uitdagingen en strategie van de cliënt te begrijpen om passende oplossingen te bieden.
- Je bent Nederlandstalig, en beheerst perfect het Engels, zowel gesproken als geschreven. Een goede kennis van het Frans is een plus. Je hebt uitstekende drafting skills.
