Wat zal je job inhouden?:
As a performance analyst you are responsible to continue evaluate the performance of the SSC's.
While driving the standard KPI's set forward, you are responsible to prepare and review any other KPI's to improve the SSC set-up.
You will assist in ongoing projects relating to the SSC's which will drive standardization and financial performance across the regions.
A performance analyst's main goal is to prepare, review and ensure data quality to assist finance management in making correct decisions driving efficiency/ quality gains.
Tasks:
- Responsible for the maintenance and publication of the performance dashboard calendar;
- Maintenance & archiving of the data required for the preparation of the process efficiency dashboard;
- Extract data, ensure data quality, prepare the global & regional Dashboard;
- Maintain the definitions of the KPIs;
- Attend monthly regional calls along with other members of the Global Programs, prepare minutes and perform followup as requested;
- Working with the Senior Director, Global Programs, analyse the data and prepare questions and analysis to facilitate discussions in the regional meetings;
- Work closely together with finance teams across the globe, identify process gaps and other ways to improve efficiency and quality in the finance processes, and as a result improve the KPI's;
- Working with finance teams on adopting new ways of working, training & working instructions;
- Assist in driving existing projects of the Global SSC team.
Wat zoeken we?:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience within a financial controlling/ audit function
- Experience working in an international environment within a multinational company (preferable within transport and logistics)
- Fluent communication skills in
English: - Working with a finance operation teams in measuring and monitoring efficiency and quality
- Experience in SAP 4 Hana, Power BI or Business Objects or other dashboard experience very desirable
- Project experience is a plus
- Strong Excel knowledge
