Als Performance Analist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het evalueren en verbeteren van de prestaties van de Shared Service Centers. Je analyseert gegevens, definieert KPI's en werkt samen met financiële teams om efficiëntie en kwaliteit in de financiële processen te bevorderen. Met een internationale omgeving en mogelijkheden voor professionele groei, biedt onze klant een uitdagende rol voor ambitieuze professionals die het verschil willen maken.
**Wie ben jij?**:
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een financiële controlling/audit functie.
- Ervaring met werken in een internationale omgeving binnen een multinational (bij voorkeur binnen transport en logistiek).
- Ervaring met het meten en monitoren van efficiëntie en kwaliteit in financiële operationele teams.
- Ervaring met SAP 4 Hana, Power BI of Business Objects, of andere ervaring met dashboards is zeer wenselijk.
- Ervaring met projecten is een pluspunt.
- Sterke kennis van Excel.
**Wat ga je doen?**:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en publicatie van de prestatie-dashboardkalender.
- Onderhoud en archivering van de benodigde gegevens voor de voorbereiding van het dashboard voor procesefficiëntie.
- Extraheren van gegevens, gegevenskwaliteit waarborgen, wereldwijd en regionaal dashboard voorbereiden.
- Onderhouden van de definities van de KPI's.
- Maandelijkse regionale vergaderingen bijwonen samen met andere leden van het Global Programs-team, notulen voorbereiden en gevraagde follow-up uitvoeren.
- Samenwerken met de Senior Director, Global Programs, gegevens analyseren en vragen en analyses voorbereiden om discussies in de regionale vergaderingen te vergemakkelijken.
- Samenwerken met financiële teams over de hele wereld, proceslacunes en andere manieren identificeren om efficiëntie en kwaliteit in de financiële processen te verbeteren, en als gevolg daarvan de KPI's te verbeteren.
- Samenwerken met financiële teams om nieuwe werkwijzen te implementeren, trainingen en werkinstructies te geven.
- Assisteren bij bestaande projecten van het Global SSC-team.
