'
PMS Coordinator'
- Deze is verantwoordelijk voor het algemeen functioneren van de parking management systemen in onze parkings. Hierbij rapporteer je aan de PS/Digital Manager.
**FUNCTIE**:
Dagelijkse werking van PMS
Ø
Je stuurt de technieker aan zodat eerstelijnsstoringen van de parkeerinstallaties tijdig verholpen worden, alsook volg je het preventief onderhoud op.
Ø
Je beheert de incidenten in Topdesk, en indien nodig escaleer je dit naar interne of externe leveranciers waarbij je de doorlooptijd bewaakt.
Ø
Je analyseert de data uit Topdesk om minder goedwerkende apparatuur tijdig op te sporen.
Ø
Je zorgt ervoor dat alles vlekkeloos verloopt zodat de interne departementen Operations en Sales hun werk kunnen doen.Ondersteuning bij nieuwe parkings
Ø
Je begeleidt projecten van A tot Z, en consulteert het departement Operations zodat de parkeerinstallaties perfect beantwoorden aan de noden van dat moment.
Ø
Je voert punctueel de FAT-en SAT-testen uit alvorens de oplevering gebeurt.
Ø
Je vraag offertes op bij leveranciers en volgt probleemdossiers op met de leveranciers.Vakgerichtheid
Ø
Je blijft op de hoogte van de werking van alle parkeerplatformen en fungeert als expert naar de collega's toe.
Ø
Je volgt de nieuwe trends in de parkeersector op en analyseert de haalbaarheid van implementatie binnen Q-Park.
Ø
Je ontwikkelt een verregaande technische interesse en volgt steeds de nodige opleidingen om up-to-date te blijven.
ProfilJe hebt
een
diploma secundair onderwijs (ASO/TSO) of bachelor
en reeds
ervaring in de parkeersector
;Je hebt inzicht in processen en kan problemen analyseren;Je
kan goed samenwerken met je collega's;Je communiceert
vlot
,
zowel schriftelijk als mondeling in het Nederlands
en Frans;Je hebt
een goede kennis van Microsoft Office;Je kan goed werken/overleg plegen met leveranciers;Je bent het gewoon om de voortgang van processen en activiteiten op te volgen;Je bent
in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
- Je bent bereid je dagdagelijks te verplaatsen naar onze parkeergarages in België en het hoofdkantoor te Zaventem.
