Job description:

Mission:

As the Continuous Improvement Manager, your mission is to propel continuous operational enhancement, actively support the improvement process, and diligently oversee transformation plans.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead improvement and transformation projects outlined in the division's or entity's roadmap.
  • Collaborate with operational departments to define essential KPIs, automate their updating, and assist in creating insightful reports while addressing any deviations.
  • Administer the initiative system for your sector: encode initiatives, organize technical committees, ensure project completion, support budget requests, monitor the reward system, and effectively communicate successes.
  • Administer the improvement plan for the area, providing crucial support to the operational manager in its successful implementation.
  • Actively participate in weekly/monthly performance review meetings, offering support to operational staff in preparation and chairing these meetings.
  • Organize diagnoses, management reviews, and maturity analyses to continuously enhance the zone's performance.

Profile:

  • Industrial or Civil Engineer background.
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
  • Proven experience in operational management and team leadership.
  • Proficient in LEAN methods and tools.
  • Experience in managing teams in a production area.
