- Ontwerpen van geoptimaliseerde workflow

- Ontwikkelen van simulatiemodellen om de potentiële impact van procesverbeteringen op de bedrijfsdoelstellingen te analyseren.

**Technische competenties**:
- Je bent in staat om complexe processen te verwerken en op een heldere manier (visueel) voor te stellen
- Je hebt een gevorderde kennis van de Office 365-applicaties (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams,...) en kan gegevens met een grote groep mensen delen en beheren
- Je hebt een goed begrip van bedrijfsfuncties, workflows en processen. Kennis van workflow
- en procesbesturingssoftware is een pluspunt.
- Je bent in staat om industriële processen te modelleren, het introduceren van acceptabele modelvereenvoudigingen om het effect van proceswijzigingen te simuleren op de business performance.
- Je kunt de vereisten uitdenken en beschrijven (op vlak van IT, algoritmen...) om de informatie te extraheren die nodig is om de business te ondersteunen en tegemoet te komen aan hun behoeften.
- Je hebt heel goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands. Je hebt minstens een basiskennis van het Frans en bent bereid om je kennis van de Franse taal te verbeteren.
