Functieomschrijving

Ter uitbreiding van ons IT-team, zijn we op zoek naar een APPLICATION MANAGER

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de producten en/of bedrijfsapplicaties gedurende hun gehele levenscyclus.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de tools meegroeien met de behoeften van de gebruikers:

- Je schrijft gebruikershandleidingen, zorgt voor de nodige documentatie en organiseert informatiesessies.
- Je volgt systeemproblemen op.
- Je biedt ondersteuning bij de analyse en ontwikkeling van nieuwe functionaliteiten.
- Je formuleert voorstellen voor verbeteringen en draagt bij aan de uitvoering daarvan.
- Je schrijft user stories om de applicaties zo goed mogelijk te beheren vanuit het perspectief van de eindgebruiker.
- Je ontwikkelt testscenario's, maakt een testschema en voert tests uit. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor veranderingen.
- Je volgt op en rapporteert relevante statistieken.

Wat de toepassingen betreft, overwegen wij in eerste instantie een aantal kantoortoepassingen:

- MS365
- Jira/Confluence

Ten tweede ook onze huidige en toekomstige BI-tools:

- JetReports
- PowerBI

Afhankelijk van jouw interessegebied en ambitie staan u ook andere toepassingen te wachten
- Business Central
- LSCentral
- LocusWMS

Profiel
- Je bent enthousiast en hebt een sterke interesse in IT-tools, je bent bereid om te leren in deze functie.
- Dankzij je goede analytische vaardigheden kun je de behoeften van je collega's en klanten snel omzetten in concrete IT-oplossingen. Dit motiveert je en geeft je elke dag energie.
- Voor het beheer van technisch-functionele projecten moet u beschikken over een grondige kennis van en ervaring met MS Office en IT-tools in het algemeen.
- Je werkt zelfstandig of in teamverband en blinkt uit in planning en resultaten.
- Je beheert zowel deadlines als stress en aarzelt niet uw planning aan te passen als dat nodig is voor onverwachte eisen.
