_**Extra Group**_ est une entreprise familiale en pleine expansion située à Zwevegem (Flandre Occidentale). Notre chaîne de magasin compte actuellement 43 magasins en Wallonie. Nous sommes spécialisés dans la vente de produits d'entretien, cosmétique, décoration et articles saisonniers. Tous les jours, nos 450 collaborateurs travaillent dans une atmosphère de travail agréable qui permet aux clients de profiter d'une expérience shopping agréable synonyme de plaisir.

Vos tâches:

- Vous rédigez des manuels d'utilisateurs, prévoyez la documentation nécessaire et organisez des séances d'information.
- Vous assurez le suivi des problèmes de vos systèmes.
- Vous apportez un soutien dans les analyses et dans le développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités.
- Vous formulez des propositions d'amélioration et contribuez à leur mise en œuvre.
- Vous élaborez des scénarios de test, créez un planning de test et réalisez des tests. Vous êtes aussi responsables des modifications.
- Vous assurez un suivi et faites rapport des statistiques pertinentes.

Votre profil:

- Vous êtes enthousiaste et avez un intérêt marqué pour les outils informatiques, vous êtes prêt à apprendre dans cette fonction.
- Grâce à vos bonnes capacités d'analyse, vous pouvez rapidement convertir les besoins de vos collègues et clients en solutions informatiques concrètes. Cela vous motive et vous donne de l'énergie chaque jour.
- Pour gérer des projets technico-fonctionnels, vous devez avoir une connaissance et une expérience approfondie de MS Office et des outils informatiques en général.
- Vous travaillez de manière autonome ou en équipe et vous excellez dans la planification et les résultats.
- Vous gérez à la fois les délais et le stress et n'hésitez pas à adapter votre agenda si nécessaire pour des demandes inattendues.
