Maintenance Coordinator - Taken

  • Jij organiseert en coördineert de uitvoering van onderhouds- of verbeteringswerkzaamheden aan onze technische installaties.
  • Jij voorziet de technici van spannende werkinstructies, cruciale informatie, vergunningen en state-of-the-art werkmateriaal, met voortdurende focus op topkwaliteit en maximale veiligheid.
  • Jij houdt een oogje in het zeil bij de technische ploeg en onderaannemers, terwijl je hen uitdaagt om het uiterste uit zichzelf te halen.
  • Jij inspireert, coacht en vormt technici om het beste uit henzelf te halen en hen te laten schitteren.
  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat onderhoudsschema's, procedures en instructies altijd sprankelend en up-to-date zijn.
  • Jij bewaakt niet alleen het werkproces, maar zorgt ook voor een flitsende opvolging en alle benodigde administratie rondom de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden, lopende afspraken en indrukwekkende resultaten.
  • Jij overtreft iedereens verwachtingen telkens weer met jouw revolutionaire en baanbrekende oplossingen.
  • Jij brengt verslag uit aan de technisch manager, terwijl je hem/haar versteld doet staan van jouw bruisende prestaties.

Profielen

Maintenance Coordinator - Profiel

  • Master of bachelor technische gelijkgesteld door werkervaring
  • Je bent zowel een teamplayer als bekwaam in zelfstandig werk.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en Frans. Engels is een pluspunt.

  • Brut jaarsalaris tot €75 000, afhankelijk van ervaring en kennis.
