**Ce que nous proposons**:
En tant qu'expert en Safety & Hygiène,
- Vous conseillez nos clients sur des questions complexes dans votre domaine.
- Vous traitez les demandes de devis de nos clients dans votre domaine d'expertise.
- Vous suivez de près les demandes d'offre afin de les transformer en commande.
- Vous apportez des réponses claires et des conseils techniques aux client
- Vous êtes le point de contact pour toutes les questions relatives aux EPI.
- Vous utilisez votre créativité pour apporter des solutions dans les dossiers plus complexes.
- Vous assurez le suivi et l'encodage de toutes les commandes.
- Vous prenez en considération les plaintes clients et les traitez avec le soin nécessaire.
- Vous serez également en contact étroit avec la Business Unit qui fournit les informations relatives au marché.

**Profil**:
**Ce que nous attendons de vous**:

- Vous avez un intérêt marqué ou une première expérience dans le domaine de la Sécurité et l'Hygiène.
- Vous faites preuve d'une grande conscience professionnelle et l'esprit d'entreprise est dans votre ADN.
- Vous placez le client au centre de vos préoccupations.
- Vous êtes très à l'aise avec la suite Office et les outils informatiques en général.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance du français, la connaissance du néerlandais est un atout.
- Vous êtes très empathique et avez l'esprit commercial.
- Vous êtes organisé, autonome avec un bon esprit d'initiatives
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe dans une ambiance collégiale et énergique.
- Vous êtes quelqu'un de précis et "jusqu'au boutiste"
