Spécialistes de l'organisation de séjours et de loisirs avec assistance, cette organisation belge de tourisme social compte aujourd'hui une quarantaine de collaborateurs, en Flandre et en Wallonie. Afin d'apporter un important soutient pour les matières HR, l'organisation est aujourd'hui à la recherche d'un HR & Payroll Officer. En tant que tel, vous êtes responsable de l'ensemble des tâches liées à la gestion administrative du personnel, de la bonne exécution de la paie et des différents projets nécessaires à la bonne gestion des Ressources Humaines.
Fonction:
- En collaboration avec le secrétariat social, vous êtes en charge de la bonne administration de la paie, en temps et en heure
- De la collecte des données au traitement de celles-ci, vous rassemblez consciencieusement toutes les informations liées à la gestion du personnel
- Personne de contact pour tous les sujets liés à la gestion des ressources humaines, vous répondez aux questions de vos différents collaborateurs et conseillez les managers
- Vous soutenez les différents projets de soft (formations) et hard HR (optimisation des processus) et prenez part aux reporting mensuels et annuels des RH
Profil:
- En possession d'un diplôme en GRH ou Gestion administrative du personnel, vous justifiez d'une première expérience de minimum 2 ans dans une fonction HR Officer/Generalist
- Vous avez de solides connaissances en droit du travail et législation sociale et êtes au courant des dernières mises à jour de la règlementation (la connaissance des CP 203 et 237 est un plus)
- Avec d'excellentes aptitudes à communiquer, vous savez vous exprimer couramment en français et néerlandais afin de répondre aux besoins de l'ensemble des collaborateurs
- Rapidement autonome, proactif et consciencieux, vous savez travailler en toute discrétion et manipuler des informations confidentielles
