**Beschrijving van de vereniging**:
Info-Sourds de Bruxelles wil bijdragen tot de sociale en professionele integratie van doven en slechthorenden in Brussel via drie diensten:
- Een uitgebreide ondersteuningsdienst.
- Een afdeling voor werkgelegenheid en opleiding.
- Een ondersteunende dienst voor vertolking en communicatie.
**In te vullen positie**: Vast contract: 19u/week
**Verbintenis**: onmiddellijk
**Functie**:
Het aanbieden van beroepsopleidingsmodules voor dove of slechthorende werkzoekenden.
**Verantwoordelijkheden / Functieomschrijving**:
- Ontvangst, informatie en registratie van stagiairs.
- Zorgen voor instructie en continuïteit van het onderwijsprogramma tijdens de opleiding.
- Naleving van de verplichtingen van Brussel Opleiding en het ESF: promotie, publiciteit, respect voor het milieu, gendergelijkheid, gelijke kansen, diversiteit, enz. in het kader van de opleiding.
- Samenwerking met job coaches.
- Follow-up van individuele cursisten tijdens de opleiding.
- Kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve evaluatievan het project (mening van de cursisten, pedagogische inhoud, aanpassing aan de behoeften van het publiek) na elke opleidingssessie.
- Bijdragen aan de opstelling van het jaarlijkse activiteitenverslag.
- Deelname aan communicatie
- en promotieactiviteiten rond het project en een kracht van voorstel zijn.
**Profiel**:
- Een diploma hebben of taalkundige en/of pedagogische ervaring hebben in Franse taaltraining en groepsmanagement.
- Dove, horende of slechthorende mensen die LSFB beoefenen.
**Vaardigheden**:
- Vermogen om in teamverband en zelfstandig te werken.
- Vermogen tot aanpassing aan het niveau van de cursisten (doven of slechthorenden): beheer/wijziging/analyse van het lesprogramma, aanpassing van de gegeven agenda.
- Beheersing van de Franse gebarentaal van België en van de dovencultuur.
- Het vermogen om de specifieke communicatiemiddelen met doven en slechthorenden te beheren (webcam, video op smartphone,...)
- Zorgvuldigheid, professionaliteit, vertrouwelijkheid en veelzijdigheid.
