Job Description:
We are looking for a Department Manager who wants to be a part of driving the success for our brand.
As Department Manager, you are responsible for leading and developing your department in the store and improve daily operations as well as achieving sales targets and budget.
Some responsibilities include:
- Support, motivate and lead your department team to increase the department sales
- Create an inspiring and visually attractive department for the customers together with Visual Merchandiser
- Develop your team and be a role model for customer service
Qualifications:
The role requires the ability to overview, plan and organise both your own work and the teams to achieve set goals for the department.
As a person, you are communicative and have a flexible attitude. You are team oriented and convinced that an exceptional customer experience drives sales. You are caring and genuinely want the best for your team.
You have experience in working in a high traffic retail environment, managing a team and providing a high level of customer service.
You have a good understanding of fashion and styling skills. You can communicate effectively in French and English.Additional Information
