As part of the transformation initiated by the client, the Strategy and Transformation Department was set up to ensure the management and supervision of multiple programs and projects.
In this context, the Enterprise Architecture department wishes to improve the project management processes and tools currently in place.The mission therefore includes:
- An analysis of the current functioning ("AS IS") of project/program management (tools and processes)
- The establishment of recommendations to improve the existing situation (projection on the "TO BE")
These recommendations should cover:
- The relevance of setting up an "integrated" project management solution
- Areas for improvement in the project management tools currently in place
- The organization of "demos" of these tools (current or new)
- Areas for improvement in the project management processes currently in place
- Areas for improvement in the organization (decisionmaking committees) around project management
- Ways of improving the structure of the portfolio (How to cut/assemble projects? What level of granularity?)
Desired skills:
- 5 years experience as Project Manager
- 5 years' experience as a methodology or project management tools manager.
- Experience in implementing project management tools.
- Rigorous in the management and consolidation of the information under his responsibility
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French
- Can lead meetings with various profiles and gain their trust
- Facilitates the search for consensus and winwin solutions
- Can create presentations and present in front of any type of audience
- Solid methodological basis; an international project management certificate is an asset (Prince 2, PMBoK,...)
- Committed and responsible, able to work in a team or individually
- Pragmatic, systematic, structured, dynamic, flexible and stress resistant
