Voor onze klant, een internationaal productiebedrijf van ecologische onderhoudsproducten, zijn wij op zoek naar een Service & Support Officer voor op de afdeling logistiek.

Jouw missie: van uit het oogpunt commerciële binnendienst zorgen voor de klanttevredenheid

Jouw voornaamste taken:

- Logistieke voorbereiding en ondersteuning
- Orderingave
- Eerste hulp service bij vragen

**Votre profil**:
De ideale kandidaat:

- heeft affiniteit of een eerste ervaring in een administratieve logistieke functie
- is communicatief en klantvriendelijk, spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans, Engels. Kennis Duits is een serieuze plus
- kan samenwerken met alle departementen binnen het bedrijf
- is nauwkeurig ingesteld, heeft oog voor detail en kan prioriteiten stellen zodoende deadlines te halen
