**To support our logistics department, Poulpharm is seeking a Logistics Administrative Assistant.**
- You are responsible for managing the customer mailbox (90%) and incoming calls (10%). You will handle various inquiries including orders, deliveries, complaints, and issues, ensuring prompt solutions for our B2B customers. You will closely collaborate with the purchasing department, logistics department, and sales team.
- You process orders in our ERP system, Exact Globe, and handle associated administrative tasks meticulously. You track deliveries to customers.
- You serve as the essential link between sales, administration, finance, purchasing, and sales personnel.
- You contribute to improving our customer service processes by providing valuable feedback and suggesting implementable solutions.
- You report directly to the Support Service Manager.
- You will be stationed at the site located at Prins Albertlaan 112 in Izegem.
PROFILE
- You have a bachelor’s degree or several years of relevant work experience.
- You possess a customer-centric, positive attitude and the ability to resolve customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- You know exactly which department to turn to for each query.
- You enjoy administrative work and diligently follow up and handle these tasks.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Experience with an ERP system is a plus.

- You can expect customer-oriented and administrative responsibilities in a dynamic and growing organization. While you work independently in the customer service department, you are part of a collegial administrative team (4 members) who serve as your backup.

- There is an option for working 4/5 or alternating schedules every two weeks.
