- Poulpharm is a reliable, independent partner for veterinarians and the veterinary pharmaceutical and food industries. Poulpharm specializes in offering high-quality research activities, both at the diagnostic level and in conducting (pre-)clinical trials in its own testing facilities.
**Poulpharm is looking for a Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant to support its current QA department.**
- You are responsible for document management.
- You archive, stamp, copy, and scan various types of documents.
- You maintain the classification of the different quality systems accurately.
- You ensure that procedures are consistent in both Dutch and English.
- You print monthly reports or reports upon request.
- You assist in conducting checks for monitoring the quality system.
- You report to the QA manager.
PROFILE
- You have an administrative diploma.
- Initial work experience in an environment with a quality system is a plus.
- You have an eye for detail, are punctual, work accurately, are critical and analytically inclined, flexible.
- You have clear and correct written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Extensive basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
