**Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven en enthousiaste QA Officer om ons QA-team te versterken. Als QA Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van onze analyses, producten en studies. Je werkt nauw samen met de verschillende afdelingen binnen het bedrijf om ervoor te zorgen dat onze analyses en studies voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen en wettelijke vereisten.**
WAT HOUDT DIT IN?
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en onderhouden van kwaliteitsdocumenten, zoals SOP's en werkinstructies.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren en analyseren van kwaliteitsafwijkingen en het initiëren en opvolgen van corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen (CAPA's).
- Je voert audits en inspecties uit om naleving van kwaliteitsnormen te waarborgen.
- Je maakt de andere personeelsleden mee bewust van kwaliteit en geeft hen opleiding over kwaliteit.
- Je ondersteunt de ontwikkeling en implementatie van kwaliteitsverbeteringsinitiatieven.
- Je monitort de trends en doet aanbevelingen ter verbetering van de kwaliteit en procesefficiëntie.
- Je rapporteert aan de QA manager.
JE PROFIEL
- Je bent in het bezit van een bacheloropleiding in een relevant vakgebied, zoals (bio)chemie, farmacie of een gerelateerde discipline.
- Je hebt een analytisch denkvermogen en oog voor detail.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en je haalt plezier uit het werken in teamverband.
- Je bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken en prioriteiten te stellen.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goeie kennis van het Engels.
- Je bent een administratieve duizendpoot en je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
- Enige ervaring in een kwaliteitsgerelateerde functie en kennis van relevante kwaliteitsnormen (ISO17025, GLP, GCP, GDP, FCA,) is een plus, maar bereidwilligheid om dit aan te leren is een grotere plus.
