Rapportant au CEO de la société, votre mission consiste à **renforcer encore la position de leader de JAC **sur le marché spécifique de ses produits, en développant de nouvelles trancheuses à pain et fonctionnalités innovantes et en améliorant continuellement les produits existants.

A la **tête de l'équipe R&D**, vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes:

- Vous définissez et assurez la mise en œuvre des **projets à mener** et les **ressources nécessaires**, sur le court, moyen comme le plus long terme, au sein de votre département.
- Vous **encadrez les collaborateurs** de votre équipe, partagez votre **vision **et vous assurez de leur développement, motivation et adhésion. Vous fixez les **objectifs **de vos collaborateurs, encadrez leurs **tâches** et leur apportez votre **support **au besoin. Vous identifiez et gérez les **besoins en formation** **continue**.
- Vous **définissez et structurez des process efficients**, alignés avec la culture et les challenges à relever, au sein de l'équipe R&D et en interaction avec les autres départements.
- **Moteur de l'innovation**, vous restez en contact avec le marché, identifiez ses **tendances et besoins** et suggérez des opportunités de développements innovants ainsi que de potentiels dépôts de brevets. Vous traduisez ces opportunités en projets concrets et spécifications techniques.
- Vous assurez le suivi pro-actif des** KPI's** ainsi que leur reporting. Vous définissez et gérez le **budget de fonctionnement** de votre département. Vous identifiez les **outils et investissements** nécessaires.
- En tant que **membre senior** de l'équipe de management, vous agissez en tant que **force centripète** au sein de celle-ci. Vous assumez la **responsabilité de vos livrables**.

**Compétences et profil recherchés**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme technique de niveau Master - **ingénieur civil ou industriel**, ou de compétences équivalentes de par votre formation et votre expérience.
- Une expérience fructueuse en **gestion d'un département R&D / Innovation **est requise.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre **leadership naturel**, votre** communication aisée, **votre** capacité à fédérer des équipes.**:

- Vous possédez des capacités de **vision**, d'**innovation**, d**'anticipation** et d'**organisation**.
- Vous démontrez un **haut niveau d'engagement.**
