Als Customer Service Advisor met kennis en/of affiniteit in telecom of techniek zal jouw takenpakket er als volgt uitzien:
- Antwoord geven op inkomende oproepen en mails in samenwerking met de eerste, tweede en derde lijn (intern en/of extern). Het gaat voornamelijk om vragen over onderwerpen die verband houden met technische problemen bij TV en internet.
- Analyseren, oplossen en opvolgen van e-mails en tickets in samenwerking met andere teams.
- Detecteren van incidenten omtrent TV en internet die een impact kunnen hebben op de klant en hiernaar gepast weten te handelen.
- Voortdurend de klant informeren over de status van zijn of haar probleem. Profiel - Het analyseren van technische problemen en het vinden van oplossingen voor klanten geeft je energie.
- Je weet wat TV, Internet datadiensten, enz. inhouden of je hebt interesse om hierin te leren.
- Je stelt je flexibel op en kan werken in een snel veranderende omgeving.
- De klant is steeds koning bij al jouw acties.
- Je communiceert zeer vloeiend in het Nederlands EN het Frans.

Je zal werken volgens een wisselend uurrooster:
Vroege is van 8u- 16u30
Midden is van 9u 18u30
Late is van 11u30 - 20u
Iedereen werkt steeds 8u30 /dag met een halfuur pauze
Ploegen wisselen elkaar wekelijks af
1 zaterdag op anderhalve maand wordt er ook gewerkt
