POSITION DESCRIPTION
- Gestion et traitement des salaires employés et ouvriers, en collaboration avec le secrétariat social (SD Worx) pour 8 de nos entités en Belgique (environ 250 travailleurs et 3 CP) ;
- Gestion des assurances de groupe et hospitalisation ;
- Gestion administrative des dossiers du personnel ;
- Gestion de l'outil d'enregistrement de temps et suivi des absences ;
- Préparation du reporting post-pay ;
- Entretien de l'interface entre les différents outils payroll utilisés ;
- Point de contact pour toutes les sociétés du groupe Saint-Gobain en Belgique et au Luxembourg pour toutes les questions relatives au payroll, aux procédures de travail et aux différents outils RH utilisés ;
- Soutien à la mise en œuvre et au développement de processus et procédures spécifiques, conformément à la stratégie RH du groupe.

- Beheer van groeps
- en hospitalisatieverzekeringen ;
- Administratief beheer van personeelsdossiers ;
- Beheer tijdregistratie en opvolging afwezigheden ;
- Opstellen van post-pay reporting ;
- Onderhoud van de interface tussen de verschillende gebruikte payrolltools ;
- Aanspreekpunt voor alle bedrijven van Saint-Gobain in België en Luxemburg voor alle vragen in verband met payroll, werkinstructies en de verschillende HR-tools ;
- Ondersteuning bij de implementatie en ontwikkeling van specifieke processen en procedures, in lijn met de HR-strategie van de groep.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Vous êtes de préférence titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelier (ou d'une équivalence par l'expérience) ;
- Vous avez au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la paie ou du traitement des salaires ;
- Vous êtes bilingue FR/NL et avez une bonne connaissance de l'anglais ;
- Vous êtes une personne dynamique, enthousiaste et positive et appréciez travailler en équipe ;
- Vous êtes méticuleux et travaillez de manière structurée ;
- Vous maîtrisez MS Office et aimez les chiffres ;
- Vous avez une connaissance approfondie de la législation sociale ;
- Vous avez une approche orientée client.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelordiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) ;
- Je hebt mínimaal 2 jaar ervaring in salarisadministratie of salarisverwerking ;
- Je bent tweetalig FR/NL en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels ;
- Je bent een dynamisch, enthousiast en positief ingesteld persoon en werkt graag in teamverband ;
- Je bent zorgvuldig en werkt gestructureerd ;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en houdt van cijfers ;
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van de sociale wetgeving ;
- Je bent klantgericht.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

L'équipe du SSC HR Benelux se compose de 5 personnes: le SSC HR Benelux Manager, le HRIS & Project Specialist ainsi que 3 Payroll Officer répartis dans les deux pays (NL / BE).
Pour cette raison, la connaissance des deux langues NL/FR est primordiale.

Daarom is de kennis van beide talen NL/FR essentieel.

WHO ARE WE ?

Le SSC HR Benelux sert 2360 employés répartis sur les trois pays du Benelux. La région Benelux compte 32 sites de Saint-Gobain, 13 aux Pays-Bas, 18 en Belgique et 1 au Luxembourg.
En Belgique, 8 sites ont décentralisé la gestion de leur payroll vers le SSC HR.
Tous les travailleurs du Benelux sont gérés dans un outil HRIS incluant des workflows pour gérer les processus admin RH selon les règles du ICRF.

Het SSC HR Benelux bedient 2360 medewerkers verspreid over de drie Benelux-landen. De Benelux telt 32 Saint-Gobain vestigingen, 13 in Nederland, 18 in België en 1 in Luxemburg. In België hebben 8 sites hun payrollbeheer gedecentraliseerd naar het HR SSC.
