You will make an impact in the following way:

  • You manage the full recruiting lifecycle, build and optimize the recruiting funnel and work closely together with functional teams and hiring managers internationally to act as their trusted advisor
  • Define and implement sourcing strategies for different channels (social media, job fairs, reverse recruiting, direct search, etc.) including talent pipelining
  • Improve continuously our recruiting processes, tools and policies by bringing in new idea

What you will bring:

 Education
  • University degree business administration or communications or relevant education


 Experience
  • In recruiting/talent acquisition in industrial environments and markets and skilled user of social media platforms for recruiting

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and, preferably, Dutch and French
