Je verzorgt samen met een Talent Executive het volledige rekruteringsproces: vanaf de zoektocht naar potentiële kandidaten tot de aanstelling van de finale kandidaat.

**Wat zijn jouw taken?**
- Je volgt samen met de Talent Executive de **jobintake **mee bij de klant;
- Je bepaalt de **rekruteringsstrategie** mee voor executive search opdrachten in **verschillende domeinen**:

- General Management, Finance, Operations & Supply Chain, HR, Sales & Marketing;
- Je voert **marktanalyses **uit teneinde potentiële klanten en kandidaten te detecteren;
- Je benadert en analyseert **potentiële kandidaten**, verzorgt de telefonische prescreenings, en maakt
- **verslagen** op van de interviews en referenties;
- Je volgt** interviews** mee en staat mee in direct contact met de kandidaat m.b.t. feedback;
- Je staat in voor het uitlijnen van de **zoektocht** en het verfijnen van longlist naar shortlist met een analytische aanpak;
- Je **volgt **de **kandidaten **mee **op **nadat ze via Taking Turns een nieuwe professionele uitdaging vonden.

**Interesse?**
- Je hebt een **Master **of **PhD**, aangevuld met enkele jaren **ervaring in een bedrijfsgedreven** of **onderzoeksgedreven context**;
- Je hebt een grote **veerkracht**, je bent **enthousiast**, **resultaatgericht **en **analytisch**;
- Je hebt eventueel ambitie om nadien door te kunnen groeien als Talent Executive;
- Je hebt een **'can-do' -mentaliteit**, bent positief ingesteld en **sterk communicatief**;
- Je bent **Nederlandstalig **en je hebt een goede kennis **Frans **en **Engels**.
