Waarom bij ons komen werken?
Als Configuration Manager sta je centraal in onze missie om de efficiëntie, stabiliteit en kwaliteit van onze systemen te garanderen. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het opzetten en onderhouden van configuratiebeheerprocessen en draagt bij aan het succes van onze boeiende projecten.
Je belangrijkste taak als Configuration Manager is het waarborgen van de ontwikkeling en het gebruik van de CMDB (Configuration Management DataBase) en het logische model van de IT-infrastructuur en diensten.
Hoe zal je dag eruit zien?
- Operationeel beheer van Configuration Management
- Definiëren en implementeren van de Configuration Management strategie en doelstellingen.
- Het configuratiebeheerproces definiëren, implementeren en beheren.
- Trainen en informeren van de verschillende IT-spelers in het Configuration Management proces en in het gebruik van de CMDB.
- Het waarborgen van de kwaliteit en relevantie van de CMDB-inhoud, het bewaken en ondersteunen van het correct bijwerken van de CMDB en het uitvoeren van regelmatige audits.
- Ontwikkeling en evolutie van het platform
- Ervoor zorgen dat het « Disaster Recovery Plan » wordt geïntegreerd in de CMDB en bruikbaar is.
- Ontwikkel de CMDB en het gebruik ervan, beveilig de gegevens en waarborg de kwaliteit en consistentie ervan.
- Interfacing met Asset Management: ervoor zorgen dat de CMDB correct interageert met de Asset Management DB, waardoor regelmatige rapportage en auditing over de status van assets mogelijk is.
Profiel kandidaat
- Master- of bachelordiploma in informatica met relevante ervaring op IT-gebied
- Aantoonbare ervaring in CMDB en/of Change Management is een pluspunt.
- Een brede en uitgebreide kijk op de werking van een IT-organisatie binnen een grote structuur
- Kennis van de tweede landstaal en Engels
