En tant que Configuration Manager, vous serez au cœur de notre mission visant à garantir l'efficacité, la stabilité et la qualité de nos solutions. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la mise en place et le maintien des processus de gestion de configuration, contribuant ainsi à la réussite de nos projets passionnants.
Votre mission principale en tant que Configuration Manager sera d'assurer le développement et l'utilisation de la CMDB (Configuration Management DataBase) ainsi que du modèle logique de l'infrastructure et des services IT supportés par toutes les entités.
De quoi sera composé votre quotidien ?
- Gestion opérationnelle du Configuration Management
- Définir la stratégie et les objectifs du Configuration Management et en assurer l'implémentation.
- Définir, mettre en place et gérer le processus de configuration management.
- Former et informer les différents acteurs en IT au processus de Configuration Management et à l'utilisation de la CMDB.
- S'assurer de la qualité et de la pertinence des contenus de la CMDB, contrôler et accompagner la bonne mise à jour de la CMDB, effectuer régulièrement des audits.
- Développement et évolution de la plateforme
- S'assurer que le « Disaster Recovery Plan » soit intégré dans la CMDB et utilisable.
- Développer la CMDB et son utilisation, sécuriser les données et en garantir la qualité et la cohérence
- Interfaçage avec Asset Management : s'assurer que la CMDB s'interface correctement avec l'Asset Management DB, fournir un reporting et audit régulier sur l'état des Assets.

Une politique de rémunération équitable
A la STIB, votre salaire est calculé en toute transparence, en tenant compte de vos responsabilités et de votre expérience, peu importe votre sexe ou vos origines
- Master ou Bachelor en informatique avec de l'expérience pertinente dans le domaine IT
- Expérience probante en CMDB et/ou en Change Management est un atout.
- Vision large et complet sur le fonctionnement d'une organisation informatique au sein d'une grande structure
- Connaissance de la deuxième langue nationale et de l'anglais
