Project Support Officer Market Access (Part time 3/5)

To support our Benelux Chapter MA (Market Access), we're looking for a Project Support Officer to enable our team to execute their responsibilities in an effective and efficient manner and deliver functional objectives. In this role you report to the Pricing Manager Belux and work together in a team of 12 colleagues located in Diegem and Hoofddorp.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs administrative, functional support in the Chapter MA and overall support for specific departmental projects

• Monitors and deals with incoming correspondence and documentation

• Knows where to find relevant information and connects internal colleagues with the right person, being the linking pin between departments

• Prepares meetings including coordination of content : ensures all related logistical matters, invites participants, oversees and coordinates the course of the events, creates and distributes meeting minutes and presentations

• Collects and analyzes data to prepare reports and documents for meetings

• Gathers feedback and proactive tracking of action lists and open items

• Process & system management:
Leads and implements changes
Contract management: CLMS (Contract lifecycle management system) pre and post signing
Responsible for small IT equipment tool
Sponsoring and divisional giving activities
Audit support and coordination
Information classification caretaker

• Create purchase requests and follow up invoicing

• Initiates and contributes proactively to process optimization within the department

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

• Strong interpersonal and intercultural, communication and coordination skills

• Full proficiency in English and Dutch and a very good level of French

• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and able to work with multiple complex systems and adapt quickly to new systems

• Flexible and agile way of working

• Sensitivity to confidential matters

• Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients, vendors and other stakeholders
