Voor de entiteit **Risk & Control Non-Life binnen Broker Channel** zijn we op zoek naar een **Cost Control Officer** voor het team Control Non-Life.

Control Non-Life verzekert de link tussen de CFO en de Business Line. Enerzijds omvat dit de controle van de resultaten met toelichting op de varianties en de trends. Anderzijds verzorgt het team de coördinatie van het meerjarenbudget met bijzondere aandacht voor de cohesie tussen de verschillende componenten.

Het team zorgt voor rapporten, analyses en inzichten. Deze worden vastgelegd in presentaties voor het management van Broker Non-Life Insurance en de CFO. Zo ondersteunen we het managementteam bij het sturen van de business en het opvolgen van de resultaten.

Het team werkt verder nauw samen met de entiteit Risk voor de opvolging van het reserveringsniveau.

Als Cost Control Officer maak je deel uit van het team Non-Life Control. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van de kosten.
- Jij organiseert het budgetproces en de opvolging van de realiteiten ten opzichte van het budget.
- Om je rol succesvol in te vullen bouw je een goed overzicht op van de kosten en dit in nauw contact met het management van Broker Non-Life.
- Je ondersteunt het management in de kostenbeheersing binnen hun domein.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de financiële afsluiting en de analyse van de resultaten.
- De rentabiliteitsanalyse van producten vraagt om een correcte kostentoewijzing. Jij zorgt voor de goede werking van het kostenallocatiemodel en zorgt voor een goed inzicht van de evolutie van de onderliggende kosten en cost drivers.
- Wat betreft de kosten bij Broker Non-Life ben jij dus het contactpunt. Je beantwoordt vragen van CFO en audit. Je beantwoordt vragen over de correcte inboeking van facturen. Je vertegenwoordigt Broker Non-Life in de cost controller community.

- Je hebt een masterdiploma in de economie, accounting of een kwantitatieve richting (bv. wiskunde, wetenschappen, informatica) of je kan een gelijkwaardige ervaring voorleggen. Daarnaast heb je een sterke interesse in de materie.
