Ze zijn op zoek naar een **Trader Chemicals Caribbean.**

Het hoofddoel van de Trader Chemicals is om winstgevende klanten en transacties te laten groeien door sterke relaties met betrouwbare klanten en leveranciers in de opkomende markten, met name de Caraïben, op te bouwen. Als Trader ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de marktstrategie voor jouw toegewezen regio, en je speelt een actieve rol bij het bepalen van de wereldwijde strategie voor je productportfolio.

Profiel:

- Opleiding: Commercieel, technisch of logistiek gerelateerd
- Ervaring: Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare product
- en/of bedrijfsomgeving met begrip van tradingactiviteiten, klanten
- en leveranciersrelaties
- Locatie: Wonen in de buurt van ons hoofdkantoor in Antwerpen en bereid zijn regelmatig te reizen naar toegewezen opkomende markten
- Interculturele vaardigheden: In staat om relaties op te bouwen met diverse mensen en culturen
- Kernvaardigheden: Resultaatgericht, georganiseerd, accuraat, flexibel, sterk in onderhandelen
- Maturiteit: In staat om in een internationale omgeving te werken, leergierig
- Commerciële mindset: Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om langetermijnrelaties met klanten op te bouwen
- Teamgericht: Bereid om te werken in een dynamisch en transparant team waar communicatie centraal staat
- Talen: Spreekt Spaans en Engels; kennis van Nederlands of andere talen is een pluspunt
