SAP System Administrator
SAP S/4Hana - SAP Gateway - SAP Business Warehouse - SAP enterprise portal - SAP GRC - SAP MDM. The SAP Basis Infrastructure team manages about 50 SAP servers as well as a number of SAP cloud components.

Responsibilities
As an SAP System Administrator, you will be part of SAP Basis Infrastructure team that is constantly triggered by new (Cloud) technologies, frontends and technical components where you will be responsible, together with your colleagues, for the:

  • Daily management of all technical SAP infrastructure components (Daily tasking,
Monitoring, Tuning, Storage, Backup, Integration,...). Specifically, you are

responsible for monitoring the production processes and resolving incidents on a

daily basis

  • Security management in SAP (management of authorizations)
  • Analysing, working out, testing and implementing optimisations and requested
maintenance assignments. These can be initiated either by SAP Basic infrastructure

itself, by our internal customers (SAP development and management teams) or by

other groups in IT

  • Keeping documentation uptodate and preparing implementation roadmaps for project implementations
  • Solving problems by looking for solutions via OSS (SAP Online Support System)
  • Supervising projects within the SAP S/4 Hana program with which almost all companies worldwide are now involved
  • Supporting the technical setup of new SAP (Cloud) components.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an SAP system engineer is a must (system technical profile)
  • Experience on Hana systems is an asset
  • You can plan he assigned tasks meticulously
  • You are flexible and can respond to unexpected changes
  • You are stress resistant
  • Working in a team is essential for this job
  • You must be able to express yourself verbally and in writing in English
  • Working outside normal working hours is part of the job. We work on a rotating basis.
