Expert SAP Systeembeheerder
(Droom je ervan om mee te draaien in een organisatie die helemaal mee is met de nieuwste SAP releases en technologieën? En zou je met plezier de brug slaan tussen onze functionele SAP teams en infrastructuurteams? Dan ben jij wellicht de SAP systeembeheerder (SAP Basis expert) die we zoeken om ons team van meer dan 90 gedreven SAP professionals te versterken.
Je komt terecht in een organisatie met deskundige SAP teams die de administratieve processen ondersteunen van uiteenlopende businessdomeinen van de KU Leuven en haar geassocieerde instellingen, en die thuis zijn in een uitgebreid systeemlandschap (ERP, CRM, SRM, BW-BO, Solution Manager, PO, Portal en Fiori Launchpad, Document Presentment, ...).
Je staat binnen het SAP Basis team in voor de opvolging en ondersteuning van de bestaande basismodules.
Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitbouw van bestaande en nieuwe modules of systemen, bijvoorbeeld bij upgrades, refactoring of uitbreiding van de scope.
Je slaat de brug tussen de functionele teams en infrastructuurteams, en neemt hierin een coördinerende en adviserende rol op.
Je werkt samen met de functionele teams om nieuwe basisfunctionaliteiten te implementeren, ontwikkelt testscenario's en verschaft de nodige documentatie.
Je werkt mee in teamoverkoepelende overlegorganen en geeft presentaties over nieuwe of gewijzigde functionaliteiten.
Je wordt dankzij voortdurende opleiding en zelfstudie een van de experts en aanspreekpunten van je team.
Je hebt een masterdiploma in de informatica of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Je hebt 1 à 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in de configuratie, de monitoring en het beheer van een IT-omgeving, al dan niet SAP. Deze vacature staat ook open voor kandidaten met een stevige algemene IT-kennis op het vlak van netwerken, security of systeembeheer die zich gericht willen omscholen. Ervaring in ABAP en/of Java is een pluspunt.
Je beseft dat een kleine aanpassing een grote impact kan hebben op het totaalplaatje, dus werk je bijzonder gestructureerd en nauwkeurig.
Je hebt altijd oog voor details, kwaliteit en orde.
Je werkt heel klantgericht en communiceert heel vlot en duidelijk in het Nederlands, een goede kennis van het Engels is een bijkomende troef.

Ben je onmiddellijk inzetbaar in alle opdrachten van deze job, heb je de nodige competenties en past ook je manier van aanpakken en samenwerken al helemaal in ons team, dan start je in graad 7. Beloftevolle kandidaten die nog niet alle opdrachten meteen kunnen opnemen of nog een specifiek opleidingstraject moeten doorlopen starten in graad 6.
