Goal
This challenging and rewarding position carries two responsibilities.

On one side, as Sales Manager Belux you are responsible for developing the territory of Belgium & Luxemburg for Aritech, and for the effective management of the team of account managers within this territory.

This includes a direct team of 3 account managers, and is supported by an indirect team (reports to regional director) of customer service, technical support, inside sales, marketing, and administration.

Secondly, as Key Account Manager Benelux you also manage and develop the relationships with key accounts across the territory of Belgium, Luxemburg, and Netherlands.

For this position strong cooperation with local account managers is required throughout Belgium & Netherlands.

Tasks, responsibilities, authorization

  • Ensures a high level of performance of the Belux sales team reporting directly to him/her
  • Continuously seeks for opportunities with existing & new customers, and identifies concrete actions to develop these
  • Ensures each geography is optimally developed, ensuring Aritech has strong representation in market
  • Maintains a strong relationship with key accounts across Benelux region
  • Strong level of coordination with local account managers to drive local actions to key account branch offices within benelux region
  • Assists in planning and developing short and longterm sales and marketing strategy within territory to achieve given turnover targets.
  • Analyses customer and market needs, competitors' products and sales strategies, reporting promptly new developments to management.
  • Participates at trade shows and organises seminars and product promotions.
  • Facilitates specific and regular customer commercial product training to ensure proper understanding of Aritech equipment.
  • Maintains accurate, uptodate records of daily activities and results.
  • Offers marketing and product management suggestions for product development to meet customer requirements.
  • Represent Aritech fully in line with the Code of Ethics.

Skills

  • Exposure to or familiarity with physical security systems; access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance
  • Strong commercial background, having experience managing a team is a plus
  • Technical background prefered, understanding of technical products and concepts required
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization
  • Ambition to succeed
  • Ability to build and cultivate relationships in a positive way ensuring longterm success
  • Curious, committed, good team worker with unyielding integrity
  • Fluent in Dutch, sufficient working proficiency in French & English
  • Experience in working in or dealing with large organizations is a bonus
