**FUNCTIE**:
Als nachtreceptionist bent u verantwoordelijk voor de Front Office van August tijdens de nacht. U bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle gasten en staat in voor de night audit van het hotel. Om deze functie te kunnen uitoefenen, bent u verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van onderstaande verantwoordelijkheden (Deze lijst is indicatief en niet beperkend):
VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

Doorgeven van (telefonische) reservaties, inboeken van reservaties.
Ontvangen en verzorgen van gasten bij aankomst
Begeleiden van gasten naar de hotelkamer, uitleg van kamerfaciliteiten
Advies en informatie geven over het hotel, de stad en haar omgeving
Verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid van alle gasten en het personeel tijdens de nacht
Opgeruimd en schoonhouden van werkomgeving
Opstellen van rekening bij early check out, verantwoordelijk voor de kassa / betalingen
Bedienen van de telefooncentrale
Wekdienst verzorgen
Administratief werk zoals voorzien door de FOM voor alle afdelingen
Doet rondes i.f.v. de veiligheid in en rond het hotel
Verwerken van alle documenten rond check-in, check-out, verblijf van gasten,
De dagelijkse staat van het hotel beoordelen op ieder detail
Serveren en waar nodig bereiden van dranken en kleine gerechten
Nauw contact met andere departementen, zoals Housekeeping en Technische Dienst
Maken van reserveringen voor gasten en zorgen voor vervoer op maat
Bagage en conciërgediensten verlenen
Analyseren, rapporteren en verwerken van vragen, feedback en klachten van gasten en collega's om een goede kwaliteit en service te waarborgen.
Profiel

Om deze functie succesvol uit te voeren, zijn volgende kwalificaties vereist:
Ervaring binnen de hospitality in een soortgelijke functie
Kennis van "Protel" is een plus
Communicatief sterk in het Engels, Frans en Nederlands, zowel gesproken als geschreven. Kennis van elke andere taal is een plus.
Enthousiast, flexibel en service minded
Kennis van een Front Office systeem is een must
Onder stress kunnen werken
Verzorgd voorkomen, netheid en nauwkeurigheid
Oplossingsgericht en hands on mentaliteit
Bereid om zichzelf te ontwikkelen alsook de medewerkers
Zowel alleen als in teamverband kunnen werken
