**Votre futur job**
- Vous créez du contenu sur la base de différents domaines pour alimenter les chatbots.
- Vous veillez en permanence à la cohérence et à la qualité du contenu dans les différents canaux.
- Vous vous chargez de la validation nécessaire auprès des services Legal, Compliance et d'autres intervenants.
- Vous concevez un flux de conversation qui mène à la bonne solution.
- Vous identifiez et vous signalez de nouveaux besoins, vous formulez des propositions d'amélioration et vous testez de nouveaux flux de conversation.
- Vous vous concertez quotidiennement avec l'équipe technique du chatbot et d'autres collaborateurs de contenu.

Pour exercer cette fonction et vous épanouir dans votre travail, vous avez besoin des compétences et des qualités suivantes:

- Vous êtes passionné(e) par les nouvelles technologies et convaincu(e) de la force de l'automatisation.
- Vous optez résolument pour un contenu excellent, pertinent et de qualité qui offre la meilleure expérience client possible.
- Vous avez de l'expérience dans les projets transversaux.
- Vous possédez de bonnes aptitudes en matière de communication et de coordination et vous êtes doué(e) pour la gestion des parties prenantes.
- Vous êtes pragmatique et orienté(e) solutions et vous prenez des initiatives pour améliorer les choses afin d'obtenir le meilleur résultat.
- Vous parlez couramment le français et avez une bonne connaissance du néerlandais et de l'anglais.
