Au sein de la gestion des installations chez notre client, le département Real Estate gère le portefeuille immobilier en partant des attentes du client et en mettant l'accent sur l'augmentation de la productivité et du rendement, ainsi que sur la réduction des coûts et des risques.
Le département repose sur trois activités immobilières: la gestion de portefeuille, la gestion d'actifs et la gestion immobilière.
La gestion immobilière est responsable de la gestion administrative du portefeuille immobilier, en mettant un accent particulier sur:
- L'optimisation des revenus
- La limitation des risques et des coûts
- La facilitation du transfert immobilier
Gestion quotidienne de notre portefeuille immobilier des bureaux et des agences, y compris les unités de location associées, notamment:
- La gestion administrative complète des bâtiments en (co-)propriété ainsi que des bâtiments en location, en assurant notamment le suivi des contrats immobiliers (location, renouvellement, résiliation), le suivi financier (loyer, charges, garanties), etc.
- Le traitement de la correspondance avec les autorités locales
- La gestion des litiges liés aux contrats immobiliers en collaboration avec la gestion de portefeuille et le traitement des sinistres (déclaration d'incidents auprès des assureurs, recouvrement des frais)
- Agir comme personne de contact vis-à-vis des parties externes (propriétaires, syndics, locataires, voisins, experts immobiliers et agents immobiliers) et d'autres entités chez notre client
- Être responsable du suivi et de la mise à jour permanente des dossiers "bâtiment"
Exigences:
- Excellente maîtrise du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. La connaissance du néerlandais est un atout.
- Diplôme de bachelier
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en gestion immobilière administrative
- Expérience technique: Obligatoire: Word, Excel, Outlook; Préférable: SAP
