De Onafhankelijke Ziekenfondsen zijn een groepering van drie apolitieke en dynamische ziekenfondsen (Partenamut, Helan en Freie Krankenkasse) die dezelfde waarden en missies delen, met elk hun eigen identiteit en organisatie. Samen vormen ze de derde grootste verzekeringsinstelling van het land met meer dan twee miljoen leden.
Als IT Change Manager ben jij de referentiepersoon voor de Go of No Go van alle IT-inproductiezettingen. Je komt terecht in een team van 12 mensen

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
?? Referentiepersoon zijn voor alles wat te maken heeft met het changeproces in de organisatie
- De Change Advisory Board en de Emergency Change Advisory Board beheren, voorbereiden en voorzitten
- Toezien op de goede uitvoering van de beslissingen genomen door de Change Advisory Board en de Emergency Change Advisory Board
- Het jaarplan voor niet-standaardchanges opstellen en onderhouden
- Na raadpleging van de leden van de CAB en de ECAB beslissen over de inproductiezetting van alle releases en alle hotfixes voor toepassingen en infrastructuur

?? Alle changes op een gecontroleerde manier beheren inclusief standaardwijzigingen en noodonderhoud aan businessprocessen, toepassingen en infrastructuur.
Dit omvat:

- Snelle en betrouwbare implementering van veranderingen in het bedrijf. Toezien op het beperken van de negatieve impact op de stabiliteit of de integriteit van de gewijzigde omgeving
- Alle change requests evalueren om de impact ervan op de businessprocessen en IT-diensten te bepalen
- De dringende changes beheren om latere incidenten te beperken. Er eveneens op toezien dat de dringende change onder controle is en in alle veiligheid wordt toegepast. Tot slot controleren of noodwijzigingen na de wijziging op de juiste wijze worden beoordeeld en toegestaan.
- De afgekeurde wijzigingen opvolgen en ze documenteren in een rapport en de status van de wijzigingen communiceren. Erop toezien dat de goedgekeurde wijzigingen zoals gepland worden geïmplementeerd.
- De oplossing, gebruikersdocumentatie en betrokken procedures bijwerken voor elke wijziging

?? In samenwerking met het Release Management organisatorische ondersteuning en coördinatie bieden voor:

- het beheer van de releaseplanning
- de uitvoering van het releaseplan en het beheer van uitzonderingen
- er samen met het hele team Release Management op toezien dat de gedefinieerde release
- en bedrijfsprocessen nageleefd worden

- Je bent nieuwsgierig naar nieuwe IT-technologieën.
- Je houdt van goed werk en je hebt een analytisch vermogen waarmee je een probleem snel en goed kunt identificeren.
- Je volgt graag een project op van begin tot einde.
- Je bent in staat meerdere activiteiten tegelijk te beheren nadat je informatie hebt ingewonnen.
- Je denkt oplossingsgericht, je kan een beslissing nemen en erop toezien dat die nageleefd wordt.
- Je werkt graag in teamverband, maar je bent ook autonoom en georganiseerd.
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma of je hebt meer dan 5 jaar ervaring in de IT. Een eerste ervaring met projectbeheer of IT...
