Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het leiden, realiseren en coördineren van transversale, complexe, strategische projecten voor het beheer van de onboarding en life cycle processen van klanten en rekeningen.

Je leidt strategische en tactische projecten, steeds met respect voor de scope, het budget, de timing en de kwaliteit en met focus op de totaliteit.

Je voert projectanalyses uit en lost issues op in samenwerking met de business en IT. Op die manier draag je bij tot efficiëntie, klantgerichtheid en gebruiksgemak.

Je zorgt voor een end-to-end en cross channel implementatie voor de toegewezen projecten.
