Econocom heeft verscheidene grote service desk teams. We zoeken een bijkomende collega om optimale dienstverlenging aan één van onze grotere klanten te leveren. Je maakt deel uit van een onsite team van een 15-tal personen. Je kan deze job zowel als werknemer of als freelancer uitvoeren.
Het doel is ervoor zorgen dat de eindgebruikers hun dagdagelijks taken zonder enig probleem kunnen uitvoeren. Dit houdt in dat je actief oplossingen biedt voor (ge-escaleerde) aanvragen van eindgebruikers en dit binnen de overeengekomen SLAs. Deze aanvragen hebben vnl. betrekking op: creatie van accounts, access & software installaties alsook deployment campagnes (via SCCM, MDT, Intune en andere software distributiesystemen). Je geeft ondersteuning aan Nederlands- en Franstalige gebuikers. Het team bevindt zich in Asse. Vanuit Econocom bieden we je nodige begeleiding en ontwikkelingskansen.

Missie:

Incidenten en verzoeken behandelen voor hardware, mobiele telefoons, VM & thin client bij interventies op afstand en op locatie wanneer nodig:

  • Onopgeloste incidenten en verzoeken behandeld door de 1e lijn
  • Bestands- en afdrukbeheer
  • Beheer van laptops, desktops, smartphones, tablets, Cisco-telefoons, VM's & thin client-desktops
  • Behandeling van SR taken in hun scope
  • Software distributie
  • Asset & stock management topics

• IMAC:
  • Nieuwe hardware bestellen en voorbereiden + interventie indien nodig
  • Defect: ondersteuning bij vervanging & reparatie
  • Verloren/gestolen: Nieuwe hardware leveren
  • Leaver: apparaat op voorraad zetten en accounts, ... van de gebruiker verwijderen
  • End of Life: vervanging van het oude apparaat door een nieuw
  • Netwerkconnectiviteit, patching, ondersteuning voor switches en onebox-servers
  • Service 7u-19u (3 verschillende shifts)
  • Interventies op locatie worden uitgevoerd in de Belux-agglomeratie
  • Stand-by support interventie 1 week in de maand (na 6 maanden)
Jouw profiel:
  • Je beschikt over een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs of een Bachelordiploma en je hebt een goede kennis en ervaring omtrent eindgebruikersmateriaal en software (inclusief OS).
  • Je beschikt over een goede basiskennis van IT-infrastructuur (LAN, basis TCP/IP, basis beveiligingsinfrastructuur, Windows-domeinen, netwerkprinting, ...) met als doel een gefundeerde diagnose te kunnen stellen.
  • Kennis van en ervaring met ITIL is een troef.
  • Je neemt initiatief, stelt het vinden van (structurele) oplossingen voorop en je bent resultaatgericht ingesteld.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en weet je werk te plannen door prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Bovendien beschik je over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en ben je stressbestendig.
  • Tot slot heb je een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans (Engels is in IT uiteraard ook belangrijk).
