**Jobomschrijving**:
Als Technical Projects Department Manager bepaal je mee de langetermijnstrategie in je departement. Je garandeert de uitvoering van de acties door technische projecten te realiseren met inachtneming van de vastgestelde actieplannen: een voertuigenpark aangepast aan de evoluerende normen en standaarden en voldoende in aantal om het vervoersaanbod te kunnen garanderen, het technische beheer en de evolutie van de werktuigen die nodig zijn voor het onderhoud ervan. Je verzorgt de planning, beheert het budget en volgt de aankopen van de technische dienst van de BUT op.

In detail:

- Beheer van technische projecten
- De dienst samenstellen als referentie-entiteit voor de technische ontwikkeling van het beheer van het rollend materieel van de Tram en de installaties voor het onderhoud hiervan, van hun levenscyclus, hun evolutie en hun vervanging. Deze verantwoordelijkheid op zelfstandige wijze opnemen, zowel ten opzichte van de belanghebbende partijen van het technische departement van de BUT als van de andere belanghebbende partijen van de MIVB en haar externe partners.
- De beslissingname leiden voor de planning van de technische projecten en de keuze van de oplossingen in functie van de volgende criteria: technische aanvragen voor de opstart van projecten, behoefte aan technologische evolutie, mate van belangrijkheid of keuze opgelegd door de directie, omvang van het team, budget
- De projecten verdelen onder de teamleden in functie van ieders rollen en verantwoordelijkheden zoals bepaald in het organigram.
- Instaan voor het beheer van de projecten in een organisatie van het type Prince II en voldoende flexibel te werk gaan om tegemoet te komen aan de flexibiliteit van de MIVB-organisatie.
- De verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de beslissingen die tijdens de Boards genomen worden.
- De uitvoering en de implementatie superviseren van de projecten met betrekking tot de evolutie van de componenten van de apparatuur in alle trams (Mobib-toestellen, ontwaarders, CoVo, TFT-schermen,) en meewerken aan de benchmarkings en de technologiemonitoring met betrekking tot deze activiteit voor de BU Tram.
- Budget en aankopen
- Door voortdurend het verloop van de projecten en aankopen op te volgen, ervoor zorgen dat de evolutie van de uitgaven in overeenstemming is met de budgettaire planning en de verantwoordelijken sturen om eventuele afwijkingen proactief aan te pakken met de dienst Business

Performance & Control.
- Toezien op het goede verloop van de aankopen van technisch materiaal met inachtneming van de regelgeving inzake overheidsopdrachten om de voortdurende beschikbaarheid van de werktuigen te garanderen.
- Erop toezien dat de opvolging en de vernieuwing van de contracten voor het onderhoud en de controle van het technische materiaal uitgevoerd worden door het team en mee op zoek gaan naar nieuwe leveranciers.
- Beheer van de human resources
- Je rechtstreekse medewerkers coachen, begeleiden, evalueren, motiveren en ontwikkelen.

**Gevraagd profiel**:

- Je hebt een masterdiploma van industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur of een gelijkwaardige ervaring en je hebt 15 jaar afdoende en relevante ervaring.
- Uitstekende kennis van de technologische evolutie van de Tram / het net.
- Uitstekende technische kennis van de werking van de verschillende trams en van de systemen aan boord van de voertuigen.
- Goede kennis van de evolutie van het openbaar vervoer.
- Kennis van de werking van de stelplaatsen, de werkplaatsen, het departement Movement en de MIVB in het algemeen.
- Informaticakennis (MS Office, MS Project).
- Beheersing van de technieken op het gebied van projectbeheer en het leiden van onderhandelingen.
- Beheersing van de regelgeving inzake overheidsopdrachten.
- Teambeheer
- Goede kennis van de tweede landstaal.
- Persoonlijke kwaliteiten: assertiviteit en leadership, zeer ontwikkelde zin voor analyse, creativiteit, oplossingsgerichtheid, multitasking en gevoel voor prioriteiten, zin voor organisatie, communicatie (empathie, diplomatie), autonomie, openheid voor verandering.
