We zijn op zoek naar een IT support engineer voor een bedrijf te Diegem. Als On-site IT support engineer bied je technische ondersteuning aan klanten op locatie, waarbij je hardware- en softwareproblemen troubleshoot en oplost, en hun IT-infrastructuur configureert en onderhoudt.

Jouw taken:

-Je diagnosticeert problemen met hardware, software en besturingssystemen en lost deze op.
-Je staat in voor installatie van hardware en lost problemen indien deze zich voordoen.
-Je analyseert fouten en installeert/verwijdert werkstations.
-Je installeert en configureert nieuwe software.
-Je beheert gebruikersaccounts via Active Directory.
-Je implementeert software en besturingssystemen met behulp van SCCM of andere implementatietechnologieën.
-Je legt je aanpak en oplossing van problemen vast in een ticketsysteem.
Profiel Jouw profiel:

-Je hebt een zeer goede kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels
-Je hebt ervaring met een on-site support (2nd line) en ticketsysteem
-Je bent bekend met Windows OS, Mac OS en verschillende software applicaties
-Je kan mobiele telefoons configureren
-Je bent klantgericht
