Als **Manager Business planning & Strategy Life** speel je een cruciale rol in het definiëren, implementeren en monitoren van strategische doelstellingen binnen onze organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met het senior management en andere stakeholders om de bedrijfsstrategie vorm te geven en te vertalen naar concrete acties.
Hier zijn de belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
- **Vertalen van strategische doelstellingen**: Je bent de rode draad die strategische doelstellingen omzet in een coherente businessplanpresentatie voor het topmanagement. Je zorgt ervoor dat de visie helder wordt gecommuniceerd en begrepen.
- **Businessplanmonitoring en rapportage**: Je houdt de voortgang van het businessplan nauwlettend in de gaten. Op regelmatige basis rapporteer je aan het topmanagement over de status, mijlpalen en eventuele uitdagingen. Je fungeert binnen AG en Ageas als een aanspreekpunt van de business unit Bank Channel & Life.
- **Analyse van bestaande activiteiten alsook nieuwe business opportuniteiten**: Je hebt inzicht in de financiële concepten van levensverzekeringen en bent in staat deze te interpreteren met het oog op het verlenen van advies aan het management en zo strategische beslissingen voor te bereiden. Je bent proactief in het identificeren en analyseren van nieuwe zakelijke kansen. Je denkt strategisch en komt met innovatieve ideeën.
- **Klankbord voor het senior management en stakeholders**: Je fungeert als een waardevol klankbord voor het senior management en andere belanghebbenden. Je luistert naar hun inzichten, ideeën en zorgen met betrekking tot strategische thema's en biedt waardevolle input.
- **Stakeholdermanagement en projectuitvoering**: Je hebt het vermogen om verschillende stakeholders samen te brengen en (strategische) projecten te coördineren. Je coördineert met verschillende teams en zorgt voor een effectieve uitvoering van initiatieven.
- **Presentaties en communicatie**: Je bent in staat om o.b.v. input van verschillende stakeholders, een coherent verhaal voor te bereiden dat gebracht kan worden naar een directiecomité of Raad van Bestuur. Je bereidt presentaties voor over diverse thema's, zowel voor interne stakeholders als voor overlegorganen bij onze distributiepartners. Je weet complexe informatie helder en overtuigend te presenteren.
- ** Kritische blik op de markt**:Je volgt de evoluties binnen de verzekeringsmarkt op de voet. Je analyseert trends, concurrentie en nieuwe zakelijke kansen.

- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in de financiële of verzekeringssector
- Je hanteert een heldere en inspirerende communicatiestijl, waardoor je goed kunt afstemmen met belanghebbenden van verschillende achtergronden.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar ook nauw samenwerken met verschillende teams. Je kan je gemakkelijk integreren in een bestaande structuur dankzij je relationele en netwerkvaardigheden.
- Je bent creatief, goed met cijfers en kan planmatig werken
- Je volgt en bent geïnteresseerd in de actualiteit wat betreft economische evoluties, algemene markttrends, technologische ontwikkelingen, verzekeringen,
- Je kan analytisch en strategisch denken
- Je kan goed een helicopter view aannemen en bent in staat om complexe onderwerpen eenvoudig te formuleren en visueel voor te stellen
- Je beschikt over een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal en het Engels
- Je bent in het bezit van een universitair diploma, bij voorkeur een Master in een economische/financiële richting (opleiding in actuariële wetenschappen is een plus)
