De Campaign Manager staat in voor het zoeken naar en het aanwenden van digitale communicatiedragers (ontwerp, planning, implementatie, opvolging van de resultaten en optimalisatie) in het kader van de marketingcampagnes en dit voor alle producten en diensten/merken van de P&V Groep, in samenwerking met de verschillende betrokken departementen. Daarbij volgt hij de commerciële doelstellingen die samen met de manager werden vastgelegd.
Het doel is om een digitaal toezicht te activeren en te kijken hoe de campagnes kunnen worden geïntegreerd in de nieuwe technologieën om zo het gebruik van 'best practices' te verzekeren.
Dat gebeurt door een actieve opvolging van de KPI voor onlinemarketing.
Je taken
- Je werkt een campagneplan uit door toepassing van de verschillende digitale kanalen op de verschillende segmenten van prospects en klanten van de P&V Groep.
- Je legt samen met de leidinggevende de doelstellingen van de campagne vast en je volgt de KPI's op om binnen het bepaalde traject te blijven. Je schat ook het budget in en de beoogde ROI van de campagne berekenen.
- Samen met de ondersteuning van je leidinggevende en de interne teams implementeer en rol je Crosschannelcampagnes uit (waaronder het digitale onderdeel) om ervoor te zorgen dat de marketingcampagnes op tijd, binnen het toegewezen budget en met de gewenste kwaliteit worden afgeleverd.
- Je voert een reportingsysteem in om de doeltreffendheid van de ingezette middelen te meten en te zorgen voor de opvolging van de prestatie-indicatoren (aantal prints, click rate, deliverability rate, CPC...).
- Je bouwt relaties op en onderhoud ze, zowel intern (met de operationele departementen, Client, Sales, Communication, Digital en IT) als extern (digitale dienstverleners), met betrekking tot de campagnes om een optimale samenwerking met de betrokken partijen te waarborgen.
- Samen met het departement Digital stuur je de technische ontwikkelingen van de tool voor campagnebeheer aan en volg je de markttendensen in het domein.
Je profiel
- Je hebt een bachelor/masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in de richting marketing/communicatie, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt idealiter minstens drie jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie (digital marketing, aanmaken van commerciële content...).
- Je hebt een sterke interesse in Niet Leven verzekeringen
- Je weet hoe u A/B-tests moet uitvoeren en je bent vertrouwd met 'paid media' campagnes.
- Je spreekt Nederlands en je hebt een goede basis Frans (of omgekeerd). Je begrijpt Engels en je kunt u ook uitdrukken in deze taal.
- Je bent een 'ondernemer' in hart en nieren: zelfstandig, assertief, methodisch, analytisch en sterk klant
- en resultaatgericht.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Innoveren en het testen van nieuwe oplossingen zijn je op het lijf geschreven en bovendien hebt je er geen probleem mee om 'out of the box' te denken.
