Innovation Program Leader Alcoholic Drinks

Within Taste Innovation, the Program leader owns and shapes the innovation program pipeline and its global business impact.
It is a leadership role requiring strong cross-functional skills and stakeholder management to maximize the program traction both from a funding and deployment perspective.
The position is global and can be based anywhere in the world but includes travelling (max. 20%).At dsm-firmenich people are at the heart of the company. We are committed to equal employment opportunities and value diversity in the workplace.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead and design the program content with key stakeholders (Regions, KGAs, SBUs, operations, creation, ) in a competitive and complex environment : build a robust pipeline of projects with H1/H2/H3 impact and riskproof.
- Initiate connections with relevant partners internally and externally to scout opportunities for collaboration and drive more business impact.
- Manage the program pipeline : drive decisions to accelerate / stop / pause projects in order to maximize ROI and mitigate risks. Collaborate with the TPL to align project execution with expectations. Lobby to ensure you get the right level of funding and expertise to deliver results.
- Drive the landing in the regions and KGA by giving directions to Global Innovation Deployment and connecting, listening, and pushing regularly with stakeholders.
- Animate a network of expertise to constantly connect with the identified gaps and opportunities to differentiate.

You bring
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills across cultures & geographies
- We value technical knowledge in a scientific domain connected to food or chemistry, experience in B2B and Alcoholic drinks category knowledge.
- 5+ years of professional experience in flavour industry
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
